I've decided to come back to SP! Life is crazy hectic with school and what not but what I'm doing now isn't working so I'm ready for a change. I've been doing weight watchers it honestly works well, but I think calorie counting works just as well and weight watchers is so freaking expensive to do. I'm a college kid, we broke.
My knee is doing great healing well. I'm a little over the 5 month post-op mark. At my last PT visit we measured the differences in my leg strength and endurance. My surgery knee has only a 20% difference than my good knee. I've been trying to run on the treadmill because outdoor running is still a little rough on the knee.
But yes I plan to be on SP much more.
