Weigh in this morning and it was 183
I'm good with that!
Above is my calendar from August. I have written in the exercise I did and the yellow highlights are my way of tracking at a glance my nutrition. If it is a completely highlighted day that means I ate completely clean AND stayed in my calorie range. A half highlighted day could mean I was in my range but ate crap, or that I ate good foods but way too much.
I am very happy with August results. For one thing, my highest weigh in was 187 and now I am 183. I'll take it!!
Also, my yellow highlights are more common than days NOT highlighted. That means I am creating a streak and a new habit!
This morning I had an egg scramble with red onion, coconut oil, pepperjack cheese and spicy ground sausage. Man, I gotta say, that's a spicy, yummy way to start my day! For lunch, I am planning a tuna wrap in lettuce with balsamic vinegar, red onion, and coconut oil sauteed for the dressing. I will likely also have some canteloupe because I LOVE IT! Tonight, I have a hot-date with my hubby. I am already dressed up for it and I am feeling quite sexy today. We are going for steak. I will have a sirloin, salad, and either a sweet potato or a plain baked potato with a little bit of butter.
Can't wait to see what new weight next Friday brings!
