I sometimes wonder if having a scale that weighs to the 2/10 of a pound is a good thing. When days go by with no decrease (even 0.2 lb) I get frustrated. I know, I know...can't expect to lose every day. But I'd be happy with 1 lb per week. I have about 5 to go and am getting impatient. I measured with a tape yesterday and the 5 lbs will help me meet the inch goals as well. I'll keep up the aerobic and toning (primarily mid-section) work. Strength training would also help. My husband has a whole weight set-up in basement.
