Did Speed 3.0 from Gamma this morning. Literally, this was me.
I think I need to buy a sweat band of some sort cause there were several times I was blinded by my sweat in this workout!! I have to say, Gamma has started off pretty awesome! Speed 3.0's layout is the same as Speed 2.0, but the moves are different. Oh, and I hope you like burpees! It's not even straight up burpees. It's burpees with a pushup, burpees with a pike up, burpees w/ spider lunges and so on! Yeah, this workout is CRAZY but crazy good! You just move from one exercise to the next so the time goes by really really quickly! This afternoon I'm going to do Rip'T Up because tomorrow morning I'm running another 8 miles and won't have time to do this workout in the morning. The more I run longer miles, the more my mind is beginning to think that running a half marathon won't be too bad and that a half marathon is a race that I can continually do for fun! A full marathon on the other hand, completely different story!
Got lots going on this weekend! Tomorrow I will be running 8 miles, then I'll have just enough time to come home, shower, eat and then it's off to ice skating with the family for a cubscout outing. Then Sunday, going on a dog walk with my dog group. Although, this walk can't be considered a group cause I think there are only 3 people coming and I'm one of them... Either way, it should be nice. I think we are walking like 2 miles. This route will be really nice and beautiful once fall comes around. Sunday, I also have to get my den leader top together. Yup, I am officially a wolf cub scout den leader.. The things I do for my kids..
Today is another low carb day and today's menu is:
#1 Vanilla Shakeology w/ watermelon (so refreshing!)
#2 Turkey breast w/ broccoli and mushrooms w/ Italian dressing
#3 Mackeral salad w/ balsamic vinegar and pine nuts (using up my pine nuts, yay!)
#4 Ham and mixed veggies w/ some type of fat (Ham is leftovers from the lentil and and ham soup from Wed. told hubby he's in charge of dinner tonight~
