1.) Drink 100 oz of water a day.
2.) Limit myself to one glass of soda a day.
3.) Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and veggies a day.
4.) Exercise for 30 minutes 4 times a week.
5.) Strength train 3 times a week.
6.) Track my food and exercise every day and stay within range.
7.) Lose 5 pounds by the end of the month.
Number 2 is really difficult for me. We bought a 12 pack last night and I have 4 left. That is way too much soda in a day. I will limit myself to one a day (if at all) and start exercising more. On a positive note, I got a compliment today. My father in law said I look like I'm losing weight. YEA! I planned my menu for the month and hopefully we will go shopping today to get all my ingredients.
