I've been way off-plan for about a month. I haven't gained back the weight, but this is not sustainable, and the weight will come back if I continue to sabotage myself.
Today might be a good day to make better plans. I woke up with a sugar hangover from eating sweets last night. When I didn't eat sugar, I didn't feel like this.
I think I need to get back to my old, good habits.
