I made it up early again this morning to get my walk in, but I think my body is falling apart after only one week.

When I woke up, I felt like I was going to have a migraine. Oh, no. Not today I am not. Deep breath. I was pretty exhausted last night, so I probably was just grinding my teeth. Deep breath. It will pass. It did!

Then I went to get out of bed and there is was. The crippling pain of plantar fasciitis. Oh man! Not now. Jump back in bed to get off my foot! Okay, what are those stretches I need to do?? I managed to get it stretched out enough that most of the pain was gone. I could still feel it a bit on my walk, but it wasn't too bad. I just took a shorter walk and stretched it out when I finished.

Tomorrow, I think I will give it a rest and ride my bike instead. I am still exercising!

I will continue to monitor my foot to make sure I don't over do it. I can also snag a brace at work if I need too. Just gotta be careful!

But I am glad I still got my walk in! It was a beautiful morning! Should be a good day now!

    Yes a rest sounds good and a bike ride even better! I just finished my last walk for the week and will take the weekend as rest days, the hip is hanging in there but still painful.
