Lose 1-2lb a week between now and 18.12.13 (Ultimate goal is 175Lbs by New Years Eve) Although would be happy with 14lbs lost.
Do minimum of 15-30 mins exercise a day either walking/exercise Videos/GOYBAD. Do 30 Sit ups every day and increase my plank holding times try for 5 secs extra every other day.
1-2 Hours study and revision a day. Set a phone alarm to repeat daily to prompt.
Track my foods even when going out (as proven yesterday even an occasional treat like Mac Ds can be fitted into the goals on my tracker).
Aim for minimum of 5 Freggies a day, of as many colours as possible.
Drink 2lts of water a day
Check in with my fellow team mates daily
