Finally, focus to change

Finally I did something I knew I had to do and was fighting against for several months: no more butter is this house. I'm crazy for toast with butter, lots of butter, a skyscraper of butter. I can eat easily 6 slices as an afternoon snack. With no butter at home, not only I don't eat the butter but also I don't eat bread as a snack - not interested anymore! It is just a small change, only one thing I have stopped buying and for my surprise I lost 2 pounds in one week just because of this "small" change. Now I think why is it so difficult to control my mind / will power: I knew I had to cut it but resisted for months and months...
