It's a hot day here on the Rock - it began with rain, and then the sun came out unexpectedly, there's a yacht that has unfortunately hit the reef, so they're waiting for the tide to come in and to try and pull it off the Reef...there will be some damage, that's for sure.

So what am I going to do today...I've had my first smoothie with Oat Milk, I'm not sure if you guys know about Oat milk, but its not too bad, it has its own flavor, not as thick as Soy milk, but I prefer Soy milk. Had that with banana's, LSA, teaspoon of cinnamon - I was thinking about dropping in a couple of hi-bran weetbix, but thought nargh, I didn't want it to get too thick. I also had an egg with it, but I'm still hungry, I might have another egg before my workout. I want to get it over and done with this afternoon rather than wait till this evening as I've been doing my exercises in the evening.

I'm working on getting up in the mornings and doing my exercises, but so far, its still a mission!

    Glad you got some sun finally! I hope it wasn't too humid! Around here, if the sun comes out immediately after its been raining, it get sooooo humid! Its almost worse than before it rained!

I have never heard of oat milk. I'll have to take a look and give it a try. Of all the alternate milks, almond is my favorite.

Have fun getting your exercise on! Morning exercise really changed my life. Hey- that sounds like a great blog title, I may have to get writing! And I am sooooo NOT a morning person. but find what workd best for you, and stick to it!
