I Tried .....

I tried to do my strength training, but the weight of it wore me out!

I tried to get in my cardio by running up and down the stairs, but each step took a tremendous amount of effort!

Next I tried exercising with my ball, I'm just not coordinated!

I started to clean the house, but DH reminded me 'no housework' for 3 more weeks.

I did some really serious thinking.....

Decided to just give up, relax, and have a drink!

    Way to go is to get the exercise out of the way when you awake. Then if you have energy yu can do something else.

    3 more weeks, wow! The Dr put me on low impact for a week and I'm going nuts not being able to run or strength train! But really you should just take it easy and let your body do its thing and heal.
