The little fitness challenge I set for myself this month is going wonderfully! I am excited to finish all of my assigned workouts, and I even find myself wanting to do extra stuff.
I'm not really "feeling the burn" yet, but I DO feel stronger; I can actually do a few push-ups without stopping! YAY!
I even started walking/jogging again after not doing it in months. It feels great to get out and move! I wish I would have started sooner, but at least I've started at all. Tomorrow is my weigh-in day, but honestly, I feel like this week is going well because I feel amazing!
