Back on track, again!!

Hard to believe, but I was off track & now I am getting things back together. I have been tracking my food for 2 1/2 weeks and have gotten 7 lbs. off. I have been back to riding my exercise bike and am feeling much better. For me, this is very exciting. emoticon
