For all of us on the 5% challenge, we've been asked this week (Week 6) to CUT 100 cals from our daily allowance !! WOW !! When I read this last week as I was putting the chal up for the Spirited Under Dawgs,,, I about SWALLOWED MY TONGUE !! Thinking "If I have NO tongue,,,, it'll HELP ME to STAY ON TRACK For the minus 100 cals from Each day " !!! LOL
So how I have done? I AM THE JUNK FOOD JUNKIE after all prob of MOST on Sparks !!! (So this week coming up ,, week #7 of NO JUNK FOOD, which ALSO includes eating out with fried foods, or ANY TYPE of junk food from there ! If it has A LOT OF FAT, SUGER , anything like this,, IT IS JUNK FOOD ! Which includes Mc D's burgers ! They are FULL OF SALT !)
So how I survived this week? So Far and today is Thurs,, I've been ABLE TO CLAIM EACH DAY !!!! WOOHOOOO !!!!!! It meant TRACKING EVERY BITE !!! For 2 of those days, I had not woken til late,,,, so there went sometimes lunch from those days (Well ONE of those days ! I MADE UP FOR IT the next day,, for I was hungry,, but with BETTer CHOICES !)
I just bought a "Magic bullet". I didn't have a blendah,, having of moved in June 1/2 way thru,,, and before that MOST of my stuff had been LEFT behind in CO !! SO I am ALL EXCITED to use this. This is how I am planning ALREADY to SUCCEED on next weeks challenge. Instead of eating tuna or chicken salad out on a sand,, I'll simply do my own. With the chicken today I used the bullet, to squeeze the LIFE OUTTA Chickey !! LOL ! but, it was sooo GOOD !! And I used a low cal dressing instead of mayo. :)
I AM GOING TO DO THIS !! If you are NOT on the 5% want to JOIN US? NO JUNK FOOD AT ALL ! If it has a high suger, fats (From fried) than it's OUT and of course most else things,,, so instead eat SWEET Fruits !! Eat something NON traditional for a snack.
HAVE FUN !! OH YEAH !1 My scale this week? DROPPED 3 or 4 LBS !! WOHOOO !! PLZ DO JOIN US and ALSO have this SUCCESS !!!
