I was really proud of myself yestarday. I got up, got out of the house, and went swimming early in the morning. I got out at 6:30 am. I was able to come back and watch my Perry Mason, and get two loads of laundry done. I also got 3 hours of studying and writing done. Then everything hit me, and I was exhausted yestarday afternoon. Went for a nap, and never really woke up. I had my main meal for lunch, the perfect potroast. It was so good. After that it was like I hit a wall. I went to bed early last night.
Got all my goals done yesterday, and the day before, and stayed within my calorie range both days.
My goals for Friday are:
15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training
45 minutes of cardio/swimming
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 calories or under the 2000 mark
spending at least 30 mintues on Spark people tracking my food and exercise.
