It's been a few weeks since I have wrote, I had to take the time to really let myself grasp this whole process and work on letting go of the negative thoughts that had been plagueing me.

But I am here to say, I think I got this, I am by far doing perfect, but no more negative thoughts! I make each food choice with confidence, knowing that as long as I am ok with what I am eating it will be ok. I don't get upset if I decide I want to eat out or eat extra at meal time. I just do it and keep it moving. Because every meal is truly an opportunity to succeed and 75% of my meals are a success.

I am getting my 8 glasses of water in a day, I am getting my veggies and fruits in most days as I need too and I am learning to eat what I want in smaller portions. AND it has really started to become easier. I am starting to try new healthy recipes and tips to help eat a bigger variety of foods, and I am learning that 1 plate of food is enough and then if you feel hungry later have another snack and its OK!

I am so glad I got over the hump of self doubt! I have a long road ahead of me but with all that I have learned the many times I have tried this, I know success is my only option and I feel great about it!

I am now down 20 pounds from May 31st when I started logging and I know as I continue to set goals I will reach them because everyday and every bit of food is a new opportunity to experience success!
