feeling down

Yesterday I lacked motivation and today I am feeling down. There are a lot of reasons for the way I am feeling. But I did my exercises and I am going to emoticon . Yes I am getting depressed again the warning signs are out. I don't know how bad it will get this time but I will keep emoticon . And I promise if it gets bad where I need help I will ask instead of quitting on myself.

    Good job , Debbie ! I am going through the same thing . Life is kicking my bottom right now & I am leaning on the Lords words & promises of encouragement to get me through the depression, so it doesn't set in too bad.

    Promising yourself you will reach out is a huge step in the right direction. You might not be in total control of your emotional state, but making the plans to get help if you need it -- super smart. Something I need to learn.

I hope your mood takes a swing for the good very soon!

    im glad to see you recognize the signs, i was told im bipolar, i dont know if thats true or not im gonna look into it
but i do get up and down pretty quickly

    Wake Up in the Morning, look in that Mirror and say," I love you, I will do this"

Here for you, and doing it one meal at a time, one snack at a time, and one exercise session at a time. Yes, we can and will DO This. We have a goal to meet Dec. 31, 2013.

    Just remember we are her hon. I don't have a clue what you go through but just do what you know works best and hang in there. Keep posting what your going through and know we will be here for you and have faith in God to get you through.

    Having had a bad bout of depression just recently and not reaching out, I can promise you that your plan is a much sounder plan than mine was. You CAN do it! Just reach out if you need help! emoticon
