Carb cycling report

I have been trying to figure it out....THIS IS MY TAKE ON THE BOOK, THERE ARE 4 DIFFERENT CYCLES..THE ONE I CHOOSE IS THE MOST RESTRICTIVE...SO DON'T JUST READ WHAT I SAY...IF YOU HAVE THE INTEREST CHECK IT OUT FOR YOURSELF....ONE REASON IT SEEMS GOOD FOR ME,I'M NOT A BIG BREAD, PASTA OR RICE PERSON....MY BIGGEST PORTION IF CARBS EACH DAY FOR ME HAS ALWAYS BEEN VEGGIES AND FRUITS, FRESH OF COURSE......I AM NEW AT THIS AND DON'T HAVE ANY ANSWERS...LOL...I'M TRYING TO FINDS SOMETHING NEW TO HELP ME STAY ON A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE TRACK...

I am doing the turbo cycle, which is 2 days of low carbs and then 1 day of high carb..(healthy carbs)
then you have one reward day, which should be your high carb day....
one of the most important parts is, you need to eat 5 meals a day every 3 hours....he says eating speeds up your metabolism...plus moderate exercise.... they is a lot more to his book but so far that's what I have gotten from it...also there is a rewards day or cheat day, where you can have in moderation what ever you like....

sounds a bit confusing but it really isn't....

this seems to be working for me, of course I am adjusting it to my needs..in portion sizes...since he says the average women is 5'4 his portions are based on that...I am a bit shorter than that so I have adjusted the portions by 1 ounce...

I like that it's very healthy and he reminds that eating to little will slow down the metabolism..
you eat lean protein and a lot of veggies, 2 handfuls with each meal....you also eat protein with each meal....It seems to help me not be hungry or have cravings....if you do get hungry you should eat any veggies that you like...but remember more food means more calories ..so If your trying to loose you have to use common sense ....

well not sure this helped anyone..
but it sure has helped me.....I started Saturday and so far so good...I have had to make myself eat , as it's important to eat every 3 hours to keep your body burning...
The book has stories of people who have lost lots of weight...
One more thing , he does have you answer questions, give yourself positive self talk..
He talks about making promises to your self..and helps with your self esteem...
he says most of us have tried to diet or loose weight only to fail over and over and that plays with our self esteem...
I find it all very interesting and very positive in a healthy way..
