Over the last few months my body has been through a lot but I am finally feeling better and was able to get back to the gym this week. So exciting! My body has been struggling to get through these first few workouts and my muscles are really sore. No pain no gain though, right?? A couple of weeks ago I took a bad fall and managed to break my toe so I haven't been able to do any cardio but I have done 4 days of weight training this week and I have done great with my diet. I'm off to a good start. Hopefully this weight starts to come off as fast as I gained it!
