In my office, my department is infamous for being the 'snack' department. On any given week we have doughnuts, bagels, pizza, etc... It's easy to stay on board on the few days that these little goodies aren't around, but on days like today, it's hard. So far I've had 2 doughnuts that I absolutely didn't need. I have a soft spot for desserts (candy not so much).
I need to focus on breaking old habits like this. Normally I'd get upset that I 'fell off the wagon' but I think it's better just to write it out, keep going, and get back on track tomorrow. I'm not going to get so calorie or weight obssessed that I let little things get me down. So long as I'm heading in the right direction over the long run, I feel good.
Of course, I'll probably spend an extra 30 mins on the treadmill tonight!
