Kickin' Out the Great Whites

I have decided to cut out the great whites out of my diet.

White bread/potatoes/rice/noodles.

I'm on my 3erd day. Its getting better. I am finding that I can NOT go low carb, but lower carb. If I don't have a tiny bit of starch, like Ezekiel bread or some steamed sweet potatoes with butter, then I will be hungry, and no amount of vegetables or fat will help with.,

I can't go high carb and I can't go low carb either. Somewhere inbetween.

But I am feeling better with out the great whites. I weighed in at 220.8. who knows, this might be the key to breaking my rut.

    yes I am. I really like millet. barley doesn't mix with me.

    I like sweet potatoes/yams and steamed beets

    Hey good luck with those very starchy foods. I bet you can find some things that will make ok substitutes.

    Good luck! I find carbs to be the deciding factor in most food related issues. Hope you can find a good balance.
