First Goal done

Well between actually making sure I eat enough each day and then making sure not to go crazy with food plus drinking enough water, I hit my first goal of 235 with room to spare. Which added up to 5.5 lbs lost this week. This is pushing me on to add exercise daily to my goal for this next week and add more fruits and veggies. I love that this program focuses on baby step like goals that I can reach.
