Yep--been experiencing some scale creep lately--it's not fatal or anything, but none the less--it's occurring.
I've been having recurring peanut butter, honey, and bread binges in the afternoons when I get home from work--for some reason I think I'm starving, and I intend to have just a snack--and it turns into an out of control binge!
I've been journaling about it, and praying about it, and this morning I added a little extra activity to start DOING something about it. I got in a morning walk, and in the past that has been helpful with controlling the uncontrolled eating cycle that I develop over time, and it nips it off, so I can start fresh again. I enjoyed my walk :) helps me get in a better mind set for the day.
