Weigh In

Well the diet went well yesterday. I was about 50 calories over. No bad. I ate healthy no fatty stuff. I think the problem I am having is waiting to long before I eat. I feel starved and then stuff my face until I am not hungry anymore. I went to the store yesterday and picked up snack foods like tomates, cheese its with a laughing cow wedge (yummy). I have fruit, cottage cheese. Something I can eat while dinner is making so I am not starved. I also got the double fiber bread and peanut butter. I need something to keep me fuller longer at work. At work they have a 90 day challenge I joined yesterday too. They had to weigh us and measure body parts. No fun but I am in now and have 90 days to get rid of some of this weight.
I am doing great today. I did wait a little to long to eat. But fixed that with a double fiber bread sandwich and tomato for side dish was good. I am now satisfied. I am starting a 500 mile challenge.

    Sounds like you are off to a great start! I am getting back on track again and getting a snack in helps stop me from overeating at the next meal. I think it keeps my blood sugars more level too.

    I love eating 1/4 cup pistachios in a shell (no salt for me). They take awhile to eat while I am at my desk and they fill me up. Sometimes I add a few dried apricots.
