Good Afternoon!

Thursday, September 05, 2013

Hey guys!!
I started to blog my exercise yesterday, then my brother showed up, then I started cleaning, then child got a call for a job interview ~ her first ~ started to steam clean the carpets and the cleaner would not spray .... so I spent hours taking it apart and internet searching to find out why and how to fix it. Then it was time for bed. So I never did get around to blogging my exercise yesterday.
So for yesterday I did 40 minutes of pedaling and three 8 second planks.

Today ... nothing. I woke up with a bad headache, can't even think straight. It's still there, just not as bad.
I tried the steam cleaner again ..... and it works. Hubby and I are thinking that maybe it had some calcium deposits in the lines and all the rolling over and taking apart and putting back together knocked them loose. So I ran some vinegar through it, and leaving some in the lines. My little old dog had a nasty poopy that leaked out of her diaper onto the carpet .... so it had to get cleaned.
So now that is done, I'm going to sit in some quiet and hope the ache in my head goes away.
I hope that you are all having a great week!!
(can you believe it is already Thursday?!?)

    Poor doggy and poor you!

I do not have carpeting by choice. I have gotten so that I hate carpeting since it traps all kinds of yuck. (Just take up old carpeting and you will be shocked that even with lots of regular cleaning, it builds up lots and lots of dirt underneath.) I now know why my allergies were always miserable around carpeting!
