Looking back at August and moving forward with September Goals

Thursday, September 05, 2013

I really meant to write this earlier in the week. I simply ran out of time. Work has been busy and all. I have been exhausted by the time I get home from work. I have been proud of myself this week though because I have been trying to make sure that I have the food I need on hand for meals. I have tried to make sure that I had meal ideas for most of the week even if we donít always know which day we will eat it. This seems to be working so I think we may try to do that. Iíve also been making/taking the time to read. I found a book series (A Donut Shop Mystery) that I am really enjoying. I bought book 1 and 3, but didnít have book 2. I searched the library sites that I have a card at and managed to find book 2 and 4. It has really been awhile since I have found a series that I enjoy quite so much. Okay, I guess I should really get down to the reason for this blog. August wasnít too bad until I got sick. I managed to hit my workout goal 15 days for 15 minutes or longer. Most days I was well within my calorie range.

Goals for September:
1. Eat within my calorie range/PointsPlus range.
2. TRACK more consistently. I tend to track less on the weekends.
3. Continue to focus on meal planning.
4. Workout 15 minutes or more per day, at least 5 days per week.
