PT this morning

Thursday, September 05, 2013

I had physical therapy this morning. She really worked me today. That always put me in a better mood. We talked about joining the YMCA to work on water aerobics. Also I will be glad when I get my new diabetic shoes next Tuesday. That will be one more step toward independence. All in all I am feeling much more positive today them what I did yesterday.

Glad the PT helped your mood. Exercise is such a good thing.
I don't know how much 'extra' money you have but if was me, I'd
put whatever spare change I get in my pocket, and put it in a jar,
piggy bank, whatever, and see how much stacks up that I didn't
use in the budget... in a year it might be a tidy sum.

I don't know if you buy coffee out or anything like that, but changing
our buying habits sometimes frees up money as well. Like I only buy
food that is on sale, meat etc. and now I spend far less in a week than
    a few years ago...

    Keep moving forward!
