Week 22: I think I've finally got it

Since my last post I've kinda fell off the radar :( So as of Tuesday of this week I am back at it and feeling really great about losing the weight and getting healthy again!! Over the past few weeks I have gained a few pounds because I just really haven't cared. BUT this morning I got on the scale and after getting back into for a few days I am now only up 1 pound!! I am determined to do this!!
I'm not making excuses but the last few weeks have been ridiculously crazy and stressful!! I never thought of myself as an emotional eater but I guess I am! I hardly excerised and ate whatever I wanted and now I'm reflecting and thinking geez what am I crazy?? No probably not just a normal person that made some slip ups! I WILL NOT let these last few weeks become a habit again! I WILL stick to tracking my food and workouts and blogging and doing whatever I can to become the person I want to be!!
