Yesterday, I found myself munching all day. I used Atkins bars and gum to keep from losing it completely. Dinner was a low carb/low calorie meal of green beans, red potatoes, and ham - all cooked in the same pot with chicken broth & pepper. I ate a 2nd plate that I really didn't want because all the leftovers wouldn't fit in the bowl. It was less about not wanting to throw away food and more about wanting to chew something. The only saving grace was that this meal is a lot better for me than many others would have been.
I'm dealing with some family pressures right now and I know that has a lot to do with it. I think I'll get outside and do some yard work this afternoon. Hopefully that will lift my mood.
