You are not a failure for having a bad couple of days. You can get back into the awesome swing of things that you were on only just a few days ago. Give yourself a little slack, forgiveness and a kick in the rear. You can do this. Your life depends on it. Your family depends on you. This is not weight loss. This is health gain. You aren't perfect. You will have bad days, but you get tough when you learn from them and move on. So do it. Just do it. No more excuses. No more pity parties. Do it.
