Mindful eating and exercise (despite my injuries) equals weight loss. Woohoo!
The last couple of days I have really watched and recorded what I have ate and also maintained 6,000 steps per day (this hurts) and the weight is coming off, slowly but surely. Who knew that my body would finally respond after all this time. I think I get it!
