I still weight about 224. i go up with sodium and stuff but go back down as well. I'm just happy that i haven't gained any. For a VERY LONG time i was in the 230's. and most of summer i've been in the 220's. So at least it's an improvement. I've been doing better this week though with the diet so hopefully i can see it going down once more soon.
Decided to not do the swim training class. sorry for my indecision. it was partly due to the fact that every dollar helps me with my debt and also i'd rather do it in the spring and summer next year. I found a summer swim class i will FOR SURE due next year. I wish i would have known about it this year because i would definitely have also done it this year.
It's outdoors all summer and it's only 60 bucks.
5k is in 3 days. i'm looking forward to it. I don't have any time goals really. just to do it and run the whole time on my run intervals except if its a steep hill i will walk. My run/walking has been going really well. i run/walk 3.02 miles in about 45 minutes. run 1.30 minutes and walk 1.30 minutes. Nothing fast.
After my 5k i'm going to focus on intervals with my treadmill mostly this fall and winter ande lay off on the running till february or march. i have a whole bunch of walking on incline and speed interval programs on my treadmill that i am going to take advantage of more this fall and winter.
