Goals for 9/5

Since I have tried everything under the sun to stay motivated, I'm going to try another...this time I want to plan ahead only one day at a time. Not a week at a time, not days, not a month. Just one day.
So tomorrow, Thursday, is a long day at work. I start at 10 am and we close at 8 pm (which means I could be there until 9 or 10, easily). So here's the plan...
7 am: wake up, prep chicken for dinner
8 - 9 am: gym
9:30 am: breakfast (apple, peanut butter, more protein - whatever is at the breakfast bar at the local grocery store), also put together a salad for lunch (they have a fantastic salad bar).
Dinner: honey mustard glazed chicken thighs and green salad
Alright, everything is entered in MFP for tomorrow. We'll see how this goes.
