Meadow decided to wake us up at 4:30am to go out and of course I really didn't fall back asleep. I still managed to make it through the day with plenty of energy.
Started the day off with a yummy breakfast. Mixed one of the mini beef patties with 2 eggs, chia seeds and a few chunks of avocado. Enjoyed a slice of rye/pumpernickel toast with it.
Snacked on a few almonds
Lunch was chicken salad in a SmartPocket and watermelon
Afternoon snack of red grapes & a mini baby bell cheese
Dinner was a turkey cutlet topped with half-slice of ham & some mozzarella w/steamed spinach and tomato sprinkled with black lava sea salt (my new obsession)
Another workout done!
Today was workout 1 again. When I did this workout on Monday I used 5 & 8 lb weights, today I used the 8 lb weights for the whole workout. My arms are shaking! Actually my whole body is shaking
I flipped through the Atkins for Life book last night. There wasn't much in it that I didn't already know. There are a bunch of meal plans that look pretty good. But it's not a book I would buy.
I did order a new book from amazon...it should arrive tomorrow so stay tuned :)
