I'm back. Back to work.. Back with students. Back to the grind. Back to eating better. Back to working out, again. Back to feeling better. And a big backslide is over.
Yes, it happens. Every step you make is not always a step in the right direction. Sometimes we backslide. It happens. Now I know why. I quit the Pilates. My legs started to hurt more. The more they hurt the more I didn't want to work out and couldn't because of the pain. It's been an eye opening experience for me to see what using my Pilates machine does to me. On one hand, I'm so thrilled at the benefits while on the other hand I am in so much pain when I don't that it makes me feel almost tied to the machine.
I've also learned that I expect immediate results. All the time. I expect to be skinny super fast. I know that's not realistic; however, I still expect it.
