And the Sweat Goes On

Today I returned to the trainer and it was a sweat-fest!! emoticon It felt good!
On the agenda today:

Bicep Curls on the Bosu
Alternating Lunges with Kettlebell
Kettlebell Figure Eights
Plank (60 seconds)
Squat to alternating curtsy squat
Lunge from Bosu with lateral raise
Squats with bar behind neck
Core pulsing

Medicine Ball Slam to Burpee (1 minute drill) Killer!

I did each exercise for 30 seconds. Three sets. Only 1 drill. I told her it was too much after all the lunges. My legs just didn't want to go back for the burpee.

I am glad that I have until next Monday to recover. I think I am going to need it.

Did good with calories and choices today.

    I agree with Valerie. I am weak now too just from reading the line up. You can do anything. I just know it. emoticon
