I don’t know if it was the squats, the Pilates moves, the extra long bike ride, or some combination, but somewhere along the way I really, REALLY worked my inner thighs. It’s been two days of me limping around, barely able to walk.
On the one hand, “Yeah, I really worked my inner thighs!” On the other, “Ouch, I really worked my inner thighs and now I can barely walk!”
I also wish I knew exactly what it was that had such a huge impact. Nothing I did was very out of the usual. Perhaps it was just the combination?
