So my obsessing still hasn't taken place yet and is still more of a blur, but I guess you can say it's stil a partial obsession as I THNK about what I should be doing daily. If only I can manage it somewhere in the day.
I will. I will. I know I've got to break these excuses and kick my own butt.
So my goals are simple, run and Shred. I know if I get this habit going daily I can flourish from there. My diet is relatively simple. I use the Happy Herbivore meal plan. I love it because it's the individual plan so I just make my meals separate from the families without any complaint. Actually, they still complain, but whatever. LOL It's really weird as I notice right away anymore if I stray from the plan (it's vegan so ya know, to help with blood pressure and diabetic issues) and let me tell you if I eat a pizza ..whoa dizzy, puffy etc. So, keeps in on track this meal plan does. And wanna hear something really crazy?! I think it's helping with the teenage mutant ninja fat cells.
The scale dropped for the first time in AGES!!! It was only two pounds, but it MOVED...so I'm hoping with the runs and Shred it really really moves then.
Also, I have been talking with my three girls and we decided it was time to throw away the raggedy bag lady look. We are all trying to make a conscience effort to look a little better, even if we "aren't doing anything". So, in doing so I took a look at my wardrobe. Interesting, I don't have one. This could be part of the problem. You think I'm kidding? I literally have one pair of jeans, one yoga pants, one bike shorts, a couple of "run or dye" "gem run" tshirts and hubby's shirts. I'm not kidding. I've been putting off buying clothes as it makes me cry, I guess I didn't realize it's been that long.
but it'll have to wait longer. Maybe next payday. I'm trying to pay off my Bug repair.
OH!! Speaking of the blue bug aka: invisible bug. It's gone. I traded my beloved bug for a 2013 Chevy Sonic so big trucks will quit trying to flyswatter my car. That and the A/C going out in 110 degrees was kind of the final straw, especially while overheating on the freeway. In any case. In as much as I loved having a beetle bug, I don't miss the heartache and so I'm pretty happy with my very crappy deal of a sale, Sonic.
What else, what else.....Dang it...I always think of a blog when running....
eh, I guess I'll go running then. :o)
s"eya" next time!!
