What I will do to meet my goals:
I've broken my weight loss into 15 smaller goals of 5 kilos every 6 weeks. I want to set small rewards for each 5 kilos and a larger for all 78kg. I'm 1 kg away from my first goal (set at 8 kg) and I didn't realize how rewarding this would be. Smaller goals are definately the way to go!
For an exercise program, I have been completely inactive due to illness, so for my Fastbreak goal I walked a short distance daily, trying to decrease the time needed for the same distance. Daily, I do the Desk Stretch Video or the 3 minute Upper Body Workout with Coach Nicole. I'm trying to do a Leslie Sansone Indoor walking Video, but it is still too hard to do. Gradually, I will try to walk further outside, try to perform the walking video, start going to the gym to lift weights (probably without the weights - lol!). I will also try to incorporate housecleaning as some exercise - I think I will feel more rewarded if I do it myself instead of having a housecleaner clean.
For healthier eating, I'm already eating healthier and am enjoying the new recipes I've been trying.
This is probably boring to read, but I wanted to write down a brief description of the ideas I have at the start of my journey.
