Still hovering between 183-184.
The more I've been reading/understanding, the more I have to agree that if I want to actually get rid of the extra weight I'm carrying I will HALF to be STRICT and 100% committed. For me, it really is the only way that I see the scale go down. I certainly know how to maintain. It is by eating healthy MOST of the time and then having indulgences a couple of times. That will keep my weight the same every single week.
But I want to GET RID OF this extra weight I am carrying. Therefore, I need to get 100% until I reach my desired body weight.
This year is GOING to be the year.

I made it through all of last week PERFECTLY. Then, we were having a family gathering and Navella brought homeade brownies. Thinking I could have just a sliver, I had a taste. Then, I had three more full brownies and kept on cutting at the tray until I "came to" and realized what I was doing.
My health matters.
These kind of actions can be avoided altogether with the right mindset. I have been messing around with this since 2010. That's long enough. I want to see the results I am working for.
Here is my plan:
1500 calories per day or less (that is shooting for 150 pound body and eating for that body NOW)
This is going to be STRICT, STRICT, STRICT, but it is temporary. I understand that I can indulge from time to time once I am at my desired body weight.
For now, I will allow peanut butter and oats at small doses.
Exercise will continue as I have been doing. Training on Mondays, Yoga on Wednesdays, walking the other days.
