I forgot to mention as I told you about Chef Meg's luscious offerings the almost most important part!!! Since I wrote that first blog about the recipes I've tried, I've lost 1 pound. As long as I get some exercise each day and eat only (or mostly) only these dishes.......the weight drops! If you have "The Spark Solution" it pretty well says that right out! And it works! I strongly recommend getting, reading and trying out this book!! Take 'er out for a spin! Kick the tires!! It works if you work it!! Promise!!
