I'm still in range and still wavering over whether or not to go to the doctor over my shoulder (feet, hip, and hand) pains. I decided to sign up for Beyond Bootcamp at my gym and put some focused effort into eating clean and doing some moderate strength training. If, at the end of that, I'm still dealing with aches or if - God forbid - they get worse during the boot camp I'll see a doctor.
It had been nearly a year since I updated my bio here so I did that today. Feels like a fresh start :-)
