I guess blogging is different from my journal entries. Ok here goes. This past year has really stunk. Recently divorced. well signed papers and I should have been by the end of Aug. I think my ex is waiting to send them to match our would be first anniv. date on the 7th of this month. What an idiot... emoticon
anyhow. I keep on keeping on. taking one day at a time.
Wondering how to put my exercise into spark. I do not do a ritual like I use to. I do keep moving tho. I try to at least two hrs of the day to be doing something. Mostly as weather permits, I take my grandson to the pool . I take the stairs , I walk to the pool mostly. I just have not the unction to get down and do my callan work out I use to let alone the Jillian kettle bells. OH, I did do the one mile walk away the pounds last week. But I do promise myself I get only one day off of total workouts. That was yesterday. I did eat on plan tho. Just no formal exercise.

    I think that would be really hateful to wait till the anniversary but some people can just be that way I suppose. I'm sorry about divorce, splitting never feels good, I imagine divorce is a lot worse. But good job on keeping moving. That's probably about 80% of the battle right there. So keep up the wonderful work!
