I have an appointment with my trainer today, first one in two weeks and I am scared.
I have been very active the past 2 weeks getting my daughter ready to head back to school, but my eating has not good. I can blame it on hanging out with her, she likes to hit Starbucks several times a day and my husband was out of town on business so it was fun to just eat out every night with her. I am as of this morning back up the 5 pounds again. What a surprise...not
Well she is back at school and I can get back into my own little routine of exercise and eating well. My first goal is to feel great for the weekend of October 18 which is my anniversary and we booked a weekend at a hotel in Boston. There is no reason I can not be in the 150's by then, it is about six weeks away.
First thing I am doing is promising myself NO more Starbucks or Dunkin. I do not in anyway need the calories and think of the money I will save, I will be able to get something new to wear for my anniversary :)
Time to get ready for the gym....hope I can walk after she is done with me, I need to clean the house.
