Lost 4lbs in a week! I worked my butt off too. Doc's recommend 30 mins of exercise a day and I have been doing treadmill for aprox 30-35 mins a day. I break it up. I saw on the news yesterday that its most effective when you break up your workouts. I ate pretty good for the past 2 days. But the first 5 I was not eating like I should. Jello with light fruit cocktail is about all I can handle in the morning and afternoon. I have stomach issues still. I even had a 1 plain bagel last night with no butter or anything on it and lost a lb. one of my docs said bread is bad. So I try to avoid it.
But I have noticed coffee is a very effective weight loss tool. It gets u going in the morning.
Worst thing you could ever do is starve yourself and exercise because its not a good idea u might pass out. And u got to make sure you have a little bit of sugar in your diet. Some carbs is great! Just not too many.
