Day 3 of 27 - Keep pushing forward

that's how I feel today.
Exercise yesterday -- 45 minutes treadmill w/inclines - highest speed 3.0 - highest incline 4
Food/Journal - yes - Started off eating well. Forgot my lunch and made a bad choice since it was raining, I ordered from some place that would deliver and quick. Had dessert after dinner also but I cut my meal in half to eat the dessert
I went all last week without any desserts or sweet cravings. Ugggghhh
Water - Better but not 100%
Today I'm feeling blah...my energy level is low, my body is achy and I just feel like I'm dragging but yet I shall keep pushing. I'm going to make a doctors appointment today. I think I need another sleep study and get my blood levels checked.
Other than that, I plan to improve upon my downfalls yesterday. Get my water in, strength train today and get in my cardio. I'm trying to increase my cardio workout to a more challenging performance. Treadmill to move quicker to the 3.0, 3.2 range and to get in the inclines a lot sooner. With the elliptical try to improve the resistance levels and I think I'm going to try the other machine similar to the elliptical but a little tougher.
I also decided not to weigh myself until the end of my challenge. I know with strength training I'll probably continue to gain or not lose due to muscle building. So hopefully today when I get home I'll remember to get rid of the scale until then.
