I only ate what was on my plan yesterday. Actually, I skipped the evening snack because I got home late and ate dinner too close to bed time as it was. I also got up before work today to swim. So I'm wired right now and likely to crash after noon. I did schedule a few extra calories for today since my hunger usually rebounds after my first low cal day. That and the extra exercise. And now I'm free to help hubby with his project after work and still crash at a reasonable hour.
So, at this moment in time, I am content with my progress and activity level. No beating myself up about past failures. Minimal worries about obstacles to come. Today, I need to focus on how good it feels to be on track, if only for this moment.
