I just had to share this message board post from Spark member
QUINKLETOES (adorable name, no?)

"Something I recently heard that I found helpful/comforting: "When you are driving, and you make a wrong turn or miss an exit, does your GPS say 'Well, you blew it, you might as well just go home'? No, it doesn't. It just says 'Recalculating' and then tells you the quickest route for you to get back on track to your destination. Why should you be any different with yourself?"

This is just what I needed to hear right now! Hopefully, it will spark something positive in you too!

We definatly need to plan more like GPS so we can get to where we are going even if we get lost, or get off track.

Oh, thank you so much! I had a bad eating day yesterday and blew my Sept. streak already, but I'm not turning back and going home! No! I just stop and figure it out and listen to the directions. Thanks for a cute comparison! I do feel more sparked! emoticon emoticon
