good morning day 2

day one was a complete nutritional success.
I spent way more time in front of the computer than I would like, but it was worth it to get things organized in my head. Oh and I did have a peanut chew before bed. oops!
today I plan on the same B/L/D as yesterday but I need to add a couple snacks in.
fitness wise, I only did a plank yesterday to get a baseline. 25 seconds on elbows. Today I'll be taking the kids to the playground so I will try to play tag or race with them for a while.
