Back in the swing of things

Wednesday, September 04, 2013

Yesterday was the first day of school and the first day of my gym memebrship!
I survived both!

I walked 15 minutes there and back...and then did 30 minutes elliptical at the gym.

I find elliptical really weird!

Kids both had good first days of school! YAY!

and we had a lovely time away...
Here is a pic from then:

I am still battling the bulge, now officially 30 pounds up from goal weight! Sigh!

Picking up my prescription for Iron Shots today and hopefully get my first shot that I can kick the anemia.

My trainer says once that is sorted out, I will start to lose weight, well...I'm not holding my breathe!

In the meanwhile, keeping up the exercise.....

It is nice to be back into familiar routines again and I have the kids making their own lunches! Wonder how long that will last! ?

Have a great day!

The elliptical does feel weird, but it's a GOOD weird, it's saving your knees from the pounding of running :)

I hope these iron shots help, Mel!!! emoticon

First day back with routines feels strange but you'll be back in the swing of it in no time!
I never got on with the elliptical, I prefer the treadmill ..
Take it one day at a time and focus on health rather than weight. Get your iron levels up and the rest will follow!
